Can you hear…


Yes, that’s right, the first anthology edited by

and myself opens for submissions today, hope many on my flist have got their pens at the ready.

(Yes we knew what we were doing when we thought we’d catch you after your NaNoWriMo adrenalin kick, when you just can’t stop writing… )


and I baked part one of the glorious biscuits that are Pepparkakor today. I’ve heard people say they are not too interested in these Swedish Christmas biscuits as they don’t like ginger biscuits. Wrong, wrong and once again (for jolly good measure) wrong.

They are the bestest biscuits ever and I’ll be having my first of the year on the first of advent (tomorrow) but this time they’ll be homemade for the first time, that boy of mine is impressive!

I’ll pop the recipe on here tomorrow if they turn out nice (and if anyone is interested of course)
