Bike Tour #3 = Finspång

And this was very much a case of back to the old fun of the bike *puts on best sarcastic face*, as this is when I set myself for a 60km slog to get back into the cycling, only to succumb to my first problem of the year.

Cycled to Finspång, which is in itself one of the less attractive stop off points on the tour but has some lovely scenery on the way, and everything was going very well.

6km back out of Finspång and the back tyre started to feel a bit weird, looked behind me and saw it was half flat. Got off, got out the pump and noticed that it was now pancake state!

My obvious thought was puncture but couldn’t repair it as I had no kit with me. I was lucky enough to get a lift from Etina’s dad, otherwise I would have had a five hour walk home.

When I got back I found that it was not a puncture but the valve – I hate bikes… sometimes…
