…and you will know us by the trail of updates

Quick break from editing (for anyone keeping tabs on me)…

I’m up to number 19 (joint) on the poll for best book editor over at Preditors:

You voted yet? (Don’t vote if you’re going to vote for someone else of course… ;))

Getting very close to the final selection for The Phantom Queen Awakes and now it’s just a case of getting logistics sorted (that is me and Amanda being able to have a Skype chat and argue about discuss who is to be included in the book.

Voices has been getting some high praise and I’m very proud of that little book and the work that all the authors and Amanda put into it. If Phantom Queen is half has much to work on, I’ll be happy!

You been over to Three Crow Press yet or Drops of Crimson? They are both rather lovely!

Going through the CD of the year and this is proving much more difficult than in recent years – with no real explanation as to why, just is.

Should be watching the premiere of the second season of Damages tonight, which in truth I’m very excited about. Partly due to the illness of recent weeks, I was able to push the wife into potentially getting up-to-date with Battlestar Galactica just before season four continues. We watched the mini-series on my birthday last year (13th November) and last night we watched episode one and two of season four. We now have eight episodes to watch within nine days – looking very do-able!

This includes all the webisodes (of which the first half The Resistance, are terrible) and the in-between film Razor, which Etina disliked immensely (I really enjoyed it).

She loves it but is still pretending it’s only okay, as she can’t admit she’s into nerdy stuff… *chuckles*

Oh, oh, I had an idea about Balthar last night and I’m pretty convinced (but no more words as that would include spoilerage)

Should have pics of the kids up later too…
