Vampire Awareness Month begins soon

And I begin by just making you aware of a few things you might not have seen before the whole shindig gets going.

The day starts today with an introduction by P. G. Bell, co-conspirator of the whole event, before we get ready for our first synced screening: Nosferatu (F. W. Murnau) at 19:00 GMT. Obviously you don’t have to watch it then but watching it anytime around the next few days means you can get a better feel for the whole event.

The full film list is available for viewing here: Vampire Awareness Film

There is also a Facebook event page: Vampire Awareness Month

I’m hoping quite a few of you are going to be watching a few (if not all) the films as I’d like to ask you to give a grade for the film (out of 10 preferably) and then I can compile some geeky charts at the end of the month with the best film and so on…;)

Right, in a short while we’ll be hearing from P. G. Bell and then we can get ready for classic vampire flick Nosferatu!

Let the blood letting begin!
